Marmot have gone for a heavier than normal, 200 weight fleece inner for extra warmth and insulation and paired it with a MemBrain technology waterproof and breathable outer. The Marmot MemBrain laminate shell can be used on its own for the best breathability performance, or take the fleece liner and hood using a zip-in system to give all round protection and insulation. The Marmot Ridgetop Component jacket uses Marmots Angel Wing technology for easy shoulder movement and pit zips for improved ventilation. The hood, which is totally removable has a laminated brim, eliminating the problem of wetting out, whilst a DriClime chin guard keeps you comfortable while still protected.
